Description of the campsite
Campscape Beira Marvão Alentejo is an adults-only campsite (ages 16 and over) located on the Beirã country estate, within the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, on the border between Portugal and Spain. The 3-hectare site includes olive trees, eucalyptus, cork oaks and fruit trees, and accommodates tents, caravans and motorhomes under 7 metres. Among its facilities, the saltwater swimming pool with views of Marvão Castle stands out, open from April to September. The Amsterdão kiosk-terrace offers drinks, coffee, bread, olive oil and a laundry service; shared dinners are organised on selected days. Electricity and wifi are included. Walking and cycling routes start from the campsite to medieval villages such as Marvão and Castelo de Vide. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
