Camping des Portes en Ré is set in Les Portes-en-Ré, the northernmost village on the Île de Ré, surrounded by the Henri IV forest, the only large forest massif surviving on an island dominated by salt marshes and low vineyards. The campsite has a very complete range of facilities: a bar, barbecues, bungalows, takeaway food, glamping, fishing, a pool, hiking, a spa, a supermarket and wifi. Dogs are allowed. The beach is just a moment away. It is open the full season, although it is best to confirm the exact dates when booking.
