Description of the campsite
Hendaye closes off the French Basque coast right at the mouth of the Bidasoa, opposite Hondarribia, with a long sandy beach stretching as far as the Corniche headland. Camping Eskualduna offers bungalows, a pool and a restaurant, and is close to the beach. The seafront promenade, the belle époque villas and the coastal paths towards Cape Higuer add to the appeal of this border town, as Basque as it is Spanish in atmosphere.
