Description of the campsite
Camping Abaya is in Hendaye, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, near the beach, at the mouth of the Bidasoa, on the Basque coast on the border with Spain. It is a seasonal campsite with a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and bungalow accommodation, as well as a playground, fishing and pétanque, and it offers barbecues, air conditioning and television. Dogs are allowed and hiking is available. Its Basque coastal setting, next to the Txingudi bay and the mouth of the Bidasoa, is ideal for walks along the beach and for discovering the old town of Hendaye and the Basque coast.
