Description of the campsite
Lacanau is synonymous with surfing on the French Atlantic coast, with an ocean beach that draws wave lovers every summer and a pine forest that separates the town from the shore. Camping Les Grands Pins is set in that pine forest, a short walk from the beach, with an offer designed for longer stays: bungalows, a pool, jacuzzi and spa, a restaurant and a bar, and dogs are allowed. The atmosphere on this stretch of coast is young and active, with surf schools and bike rides among the dunes and Lacanau lake, a little further inland. The campsite is open from 6 May to 14 September.
