Situado en una franja de pinar de casi 15 hectáreas, el recinto tiene capacidad para 2.000 personas y queda encuadrado entre la Ría Carreras y la playa de arena de Isla Cristina, con acceso directo a esta última. Dispone de parcelas para tiendas y caravanas, bungalows, villas, luxury villas y alojamientos de glamping tipo Kampaoh.
