Description of the campsite
Snowvillage Roccaraso is a campsite located in Piana del Leone, in Roccaraso (L'Aquila), in the Abruzzo region. It is a large green area in a panoramic position, set in the mountain landscape of the area. Since October 2017, the new owners have relaunched this historic place, formerly known as Camping del Sole. It offers bungalow accommodation, an area for caravans and motorhomes, and pitches for tents. Facilities include barbecues, a service station, a football pitch, a playground and a sunbathing area, as well as activities such as hiking. The area is known for its ski resort and for activities such as golf, cycling and excursions.
