Description of the campsite
Lake Placid is a family campsite in Silvi, on the Abruzzo coast, known for being the only complex in the region with a private lake, a short distance from the Adriatic and from a private golden-sand beach that holds the Blue Flag and the Green Flag of the paediatricians. It offers bungalows with a veranda and garden, including a floating 30 m² houseboat. The surroundings combine gentle hills, protected marine areas, historic villages and, 40 minutes away, the Gran Sasso and Majella national parks. There is a restaurant, bar, playground, entertainment, bicycle rental and laundry. Dogs are welcome and shops and basic services are near the site.
