Description of the campsite
La Genziana is a campsite in Barrea (L'Aquila), at 1,100 metres above sea level, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park. It is laid out on panoramic terraces covering more than 20,000 m², with 60 green pitches for tents, motorhomes and caravans. The historic centre of Barrea and the nearby lake can be reached with a pleasant walk. The mountain setting offers hiking, horse riding, rafting and windsurfing. It has a bar, social lounge, barbecues, laundry, a motorhome service station, electricity hook-ups and a chemical toilet emptying area. Dogs are welcome. The season ends on 20/09/2026.
