Description of the campsite
Les Moutiers-en-Retz looks out over the Baie de Bourgneuf, in the Pays de Retz, a coast of low cliffs and sandy coves south of the Loire estuary. Camping L'Hermitage des Dunes has a bar, bungalows, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, a fishing area and a nearby beach, as well as hiking trails that follow the coast to Bourgneuf. The salt pans and maritime pine woods of the surrounding area complete a peaceful landscape, not crowded even in summer. The dates for this season have not yet been verified, so writing before booking seems the safest course.
