La Bernerie-en-Retz is part of the Côte de Jade, the coast of the Pays de Retz that stretches between Pornic and the mouth of the Loire, with fine sandy beaches and rocky coves less well known than those of La Baule. Camping Les Écureuils, a seasonal campsite, offers a wide range of facilities: indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, playground, bar, restaurant and takeaway food, bungalows and glamping tents, wifi and barbecue areas, and pets are allowed. The beach is a short walk away, as are Pornic and its castle. As this is a seasonal campsite, please confirm the exact opening dates before organising your stay.
