Description of the campsite
Bourgneuf-en-Retz lies in the Pays de Retz, near Lake Grand-Lieu, one of the largest wetlands in western France and a refuge for waterbirds, halfway between Nantes and the coast of Pornic. Camping Les Chênes Verts, among the oaks that give it its name, offers bungalows, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, takeaway food, a bar and a playground, as well as a spa for relaxing. Dogs are allowed. Wifi is available throughout the site. The beach is a short drive away on the coast of southern Loire-Atlantique. It is a good base for combining inland nature and the beach. The campsite operates in season.
