Description of the campsite
Clos Mer et Nature is in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, on the Côte de Jade, very close to Tharon beach and the seaside resort of Pornic, a little further south. The area combines low cliffs, pine woods and rocky coves that make this stretch of Loire-Atlantique a less crowded destination than the big neighbouring Vendée beaches. The campsite has bungalows for those who do not bring a tent, a playground, a swimming pool and wifi, and fishing on the nearby coast attracts regular visitors. The beach is a short walk through the pines. It is open for the full season, although it is worth confirming the exact dates before booking.
