Description of the campsite
Camping Municipal du Gurp is in Grayan-et-l'Hôpital, next to one of the wildest and longest beaches in the north of the Médoc, where migrating dunes have gradually buried the remains of the Atlantic Wall bunkers built during the Second World War. The landscape, with pine forests retreating before the sand, attracts surfers as well as naturists on some nearby stretches. The campsite offers fishing, a simple base for those who want beach and nature without frills.
