Description of the campsite
Carlux lies in the Périgord Noir, very close to Sarlat-la-Canéda, among chestnut forests and river valleys that have given their name to a whole gastronomic region of France. Camping Les Ombrages offers a quiet setting with fishing in the nearby waters, tennis courts and trails that start almost from the pitch itself towards the golden-stone villages of the area. It is a campsite without great luxuries, away from the mass tourism that surrounds Sarlat in high season.
