Description of the campsite
Camping La Magaudie is in Chartrier-Ferrière, in the Corrèze department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, beside a lake and close to the bathing beach, in the green heart of the Limousin. It is a campsite with a pool, a restaurant with a terrace bar and bungalow accommodation, as well as a sports field, golf, pétanque, a ping pong table and windsurfing, and it offers a bakery, a library and a laundry. It has a playground, fishing and shaded pitches, allows cars on the pitch and has wifi, with adaptations for people with reduced mobility. Its setting, between the lake, the forests and the vineyards, invites walks through the nearby Dordogne valley. The opening season shows conflicting data; it is best to check it before travelling.
