Oasis des Garrigues is in Vogüé, one of the most beautiful villages of France according to the association that awards that distinction, rising on a limestone crag on the banks of the Ardèche river. The landscape of garrigues (scrubland) that gives the campsite its name, with its aromatic shrubs and white rocks, is characteristic of this southern part of the Ardèche, more Mediterranean than the northern gorges. The campsite has bungalows, a pool and a spa area for relaxing after days of canoeing or strolling around the medieval centre of Vogüé, with its castle overlooking the river. The nearby river beach completes the offer. It is open for the full season, although it is advisable to confirm the exact dates when booking.
