Domaine Les Ranchisses is in Chassiers, in the Ardèche department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, beside a river, in the heart of southern Ardèche, at the gateway to the Cévennes. It is a seasonal campsite with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool, plus a jacuzzi, spa, sauna and restaurant, and offers bungalow and glamping accommodation. It has a bar, a supermarket and excursions. The setting, between the river, the forests and the hills of southern Ardèche, invites walks along the gorges and exploring the stone villages of the region, close to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the famous decorated caves. It is a comfortable, wellness-oriented base for families discovering southern Ardèche in the height of the summer season, among water, forest and mountains.
