Camping Les Peupliers du Lac, part of the Onlycamp network, is in Chindrieux, in the Savoie département of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, beside Lac du Bourget and a bathing beach, in the heart of the Savoyard Avant-Pays. It is a seasonal campsite with accommodation in bungalows, as well as a bar, barbecues, a supermarket, a bakery and takeaway food, and it offers fishing, pétanque and a playground. It has a laundry and a chemical toilet. It has facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are allowed. Its lakeside, mountain setting, between the largest natural lake in France and the hills of the Épine range, invites bike rides along the shore and swimming in the height of the summer season, by the water and the Savoyard mountains.
