Camping La Clairière is in Aydat, in the Puy-de-Dôme département of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, beside a lake, in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, in volcanic Auvergne, right at the gateway to the Volcanoes Natural Park. It is a seasonal, family campsite with an indoor pool, a restaurant, a bar, a supermarket and bungalow accommodation and glamping options, as well as fishing, pétanque, a ping pong table and a children's playground, and it offers a laundry, barbecues, ironing facilities, baby bath and changing facilities, a motorhome service point, organised excursions, hiking and Wi-Fi. It has adaptations for people with reduced mobility and dogs are allowed.
