Description of the campsite
Allemond sits in the Eau d'Olle valley, in the heart of the Grandes Rousses massif, with the Verney reservoir and the Oz and Vaujany ski resorts close to this Alpine village in Isère. Camping Caravaneige Le Martinet offers hiking trails that climb towards the massif's glacial cirques, designed as a simple base for both the mountain summer and the winter, thanks to its status as a caravaneige (caravan site open in the snow season). It is a practical stop for those looking for cross-country skiing, summer hiking or simply the Alpine landscapes of the Oisans without the bustle of l'Alpe d'Huez.
