Description of the campsite
Four water slides, advertised as the highest in the Ariège, make Le Pré Lombard (Yelloh! Village) famous. It stands at 470 m above sea level, on the banks of the River Ariège and at the foot of the Pyrenees. It describes itself as a small paradise with a family-friendly spirit, simple and authentic. The large pond is heated to at least 28 °C and there is an adults-only jacuzzi. The pitches measure 80 to 100 m² with a 10 A hook-up, and there are mobile homes, cottages and chalets. For day trips, the Roquefort waterfalls, the intermittent spring of Fontestorbes and the Mont Valier reserve are mentioned. It is in Tarascon-sur-Ariège and is open from late April to late September.
