Description of the campsite
Camping Le Val Saint Jean covers 3 ha of shaded, quiet land beside a lake, at the gates of Mauriac (Cantal), between the upper Dordogne valley and the great national site of Puy Mary. There are 140 pitches; around fifty, averaging about 80 m², are on terraces and marked out, and there is also glamping. In July and August access to the pool is included with the accommodation, there is an agreement with the local golf course and a small basic-needs shop covers the essentials. Salers is a few minutes away. Opening dates should be checked with the campsite.
