Description of the campsite
Camping Cal Paradis, in Sant Mateu de Bages (Barcelona), is a small, family-run rural campsite, an hour from Barcelona. It occupies the fields of a masía (traditional farmhouse), with silence and birdsong for company and a starry sky at night. The restaurant makes use of the old spaces of the masía, once farm buildings and wine vats, and serves home-style traditional cooking. There are bungalows, one of them of 50 m², with a baby pack with a highchair or travel cot; pets are not allowed in the bungalows. It has a pool, a playground and a supermarket, and has installed photovoltaic panels and new bungalows. Opening dates are best checked with the campsite.
