Description of the campsite
Camping Werdenberg offers 24 pitches on a flat, well-kept grassy area, close to Lake Werdenbergersee and the historic village of Werdenberg with its castle. It has toilet facilities, a washing machine and a dryer. Caravans and two camping pods can be rented (igloo-style wooden units for up to 4 people each, equipped with mattresses, an extendable table, lighting and power sockets). The campsite is next to the railway station and the shopping street of Buchs, with restaurants and shops nearby. The area is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and cultural activities. Free wifi internet access. It is separated from the lake by a large open space occasionally used for markets.
