Description of the campsite
Atzmännig is a leisure and adventure centre in Goldingen, Switzerland, which also has a tourist campsite and wooden igloo-style accommodation (PODhouses). The campsite accepts tents, caravans and motorhomes, with electricity on the pitches, hot showers, a laundry and a motorhome service point. The site offers experiences for the whole family: a rope park (seilpark) with eight courses of different difficulty levels at heights of up to 16 metres, including special courses for children from 4 years old. It also has a 700-metre toboggan run with 17 bends and a 126-metre drop, reached by cable car. Night-time walks in the rope park are offered from May to October, every third Friday. The cable car connects the lower area with the middle station and the summit at 1200 metres above sea level, from where hiking trails with panoramic views of the Alps start.
