Description of the campsite
Camping Balmweid is a family-run farm campsite in Meiringen, in the heart of the Haslital and the Bernese Oberland. It offers individual grass or gravel pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, some with electrical hook-up. There is a small outdoor pool open in summer. The toilet block in the main building has individual cubicles, generous space and heating. The on-site bistro serves regional specialities daily in high season. Reception has a small shop and offers fresh bread in the mornings.
