Description of the campsite
El Càmping Pica d'Estats se encuentra en Areu (1.220 m), en la carretera Llavorsí-Areu km 18,6, al pie del pico del Monteixo y junto al río Noguera Vallferrera, en el extremo de la Vall Ferrera del Pirineo catalán. Abierto desde 1984, el camping dispone de bungalows, restaurante, bar-cafetería, piscina y lavandería, todo ello entre árboles. La zona permite realizar excursiones, montañismo hacia cimas como la Pica d'Estats (3.143 m, techo de Cataluña), el Monteixo (2.905 m) o el Salòria (2.789 m), además de deportes de aventura y pesca.
