El Camping Tamariu se encuentra en la localidad de Tamariu, a 5 km de Palafrugell y a 5 km de Begur, en plena Costa Brava (Girona). Abre cada año del 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre, con temporada alta entre el 1 de julio y el 29 de agosto. No se admiten perros. Entre sus instalaciones cuenta con piscina, piscina infantil, restaurante, bar, supermercado, parque infantil, lavandería y wifi. Dispone de bungalows como alojamiento alternativo. El aeropuerto de Girona está a 45 km y la estación de Flaçà a 35 km. Desde Tamariu se accede fácilmente a calas y caminos de ronda entre el cabo de Begur y la bahía de Palamós.
