Description of the campsite
TheVagar - Abrigos de Montanha is in the Serra da Esperança, in the municipality of Belmonte (Castelo Branco district). These are A-frame mountain cabins, for adults only, with a wooden terrace and open views over the valley. Breakfast is included in the stay and is delivered to the cabin itself. Cars cannot reach the cabins: parking is 1.5 km away and transfer is included on arrival and departure, along a steep path for which comfortable footwear is advisable. It is registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNET number 12534.
