Description of the campsite
Camping Cardito is in Capitignano, in the province of L'Aquila (Abruzzo), at an altitude of 1420 metres, on the pass that separates Lago di Campotosto and the Val Cafasse. Its grounds offer a panoramic view over the Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga. It has 25 pitches with individual electrical hook-up, ideal for motorhomes and tents. It has a wooden building housing the reception and a food point. Services include hot showers, a motorhome service area, pitch lighting, children's playground, restaurant and dogs are admitted. It is a suitable starting point for exploring the area in the midst of nature.
