Camping Monplaisir is in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, at the foot of the Alpilles, near the Roman ruins of Glanum and Van Gogh's former hospital. It is a seasonal campsite with a pool, as well as a playground and pétanque, and it has a bar, takeaway food, a restaurant, a supermarket, air conditioning and wifi, and dogs are allowed. The olive groves and hills of the Alpilles are ideal for exploring the landscapes that inspired Van Gogh and the Roman ruins of Glanum, next to Saint-Rémy.
