Camping Les Chaumes is in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in the département of Vendée, in the Pays de la Loire region, one of the great seaside resorts of the Vendée coast, with a very long beach bordered by a pine forest. It opens seasonally. The beach is close to the site, which makes swimming and strolls along the seafront promenade easy without taking the car. The facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility, and there is an indoor pool for swimming whatever the weather outside. It also offers bungalow accommodation for those who prefer not to bring a tent or caravan, and there is wifi for guests. It is a classic choice for family beach holidays on the Vendée coast.
