Description of the campsite
Sainte-Marie-la-Mer stretches across the coastal plain of Roussillon, between Canet-en-Roussillon and Perpignan, with long sandy beaches facing the Gulf of Lion and, on clear days, the snow-capped Pyrenees. Camping Le Sainte Marie offers a very complete range of facilities next to that coast: outdoor pool, playground, fishing and a restaurant with takeaway food, as well as a supermarket for day-to-day needs. The bungalows provide a place to stay for those without their own gear, with pétanque courts for the afternoons, and dogs are welcome throughout the site. The bar and the barbecue area liven up the Catalan summer evenings. It is advisable to check the calendar with the campsite before booking.
