Le Saint Michelet is in Goudargues, nicknamed the little Venice of the Gard for the small bridges that cross the Cèze river as it passes through the village centre, in the heart of the Uzège, the area around neighbouring Uzès. The campsite has air conditioning, a bar, bungalows, fishing, pétanque, a pool and a restaurant, and the river beach on the Cèze itself, with its pools of clear water, is one of the area's great summer attractions. As the season status is not yet confirmed, it is advisable to ask directly about the opening dates before planning the visit.
