Camping La Rivière is in Lacave, in the Lot department of the Occitanie region, beside a river and with shaded pitches, in the heart of the Périgord-Quercy. It is a seasonal campsite with an adult pool and a children's pool, as well as a restaurant and a bar. It has fishing, rafting or canoeing, pétanque, a ping pong table and a playground, with barbecues, takeaway food, a supermarket and a laundry. It offers baby bath and changing facilities, toilets, a chemical toilet disposal point, electrical hook-up on the pitch, ironing facilities, a motorhome service point and wifi. It has adaptations for people with reduced mobility. Its riverside, limestone setting invites canoeing down the Dordogne and visits to the nearby Lacave caves and the medieval town of Sarlat in the height of summer.
