Description of the campsite
Domme crowns a rocky spur above the Dordogne with views considered among the most beautiful in France, a medieval bastide that overlooks the valley from the Périgord Noir. Camping Les Ventoulines offers a full resort with bungalows, a bar, a gym, a jacuzzi and a sauna, alongside two pools and a playground for families. Pets are welcome and wifi reaches the whole site. The restaurant rounds off the day after excursions to neighbouring villages such as La Roque-Gageac or Beynac. The campsite is open from 1 April to 1 November, and it is best to book well ahead in the months of greatest tourist demand.
