Ondres stretches between the pine woods of the Landes and an almost untouched Atlantic coastline, on the southern edge of the Landes where it meets the French Basque Country, very close to Bayonne and the beaches of Anglet. Camping Landae makes the most of this position with a swimming pool, a restaurant and a spa area, as well as bungalows and glamping tents for those who do not bring their own equipment. The bar is the centre of summer evenings, while the beach is a short trip through the pines, with the waves of the Bay of Biscay as a great attraction for surfers.
