La Campière is in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, at the northern end of the island of Oléron, near Boyardville and the views of Fort Boyard rising from the water. The campsite offers bungalows for those without a tent, a playground, a pool and a place to rest after the beach, which is very close among pine woods. Fishing, both at sea and in the island's characteristic marsh channels, is a common draw, as is hiking on the coastal paths. There are a supermarket and wifi on site, and dogs are allowed.
