Description of the campsite
Camping Municipal Le Clos Marin is in Pirou, in the Manche department of the Normandy region, on the west coast of the Cotentin, close to the beach. It is a seasonal municipal campsite with a pool and bungalow accommodation, as well as tennis, minigolf, football, a bouncy castle, an adventure park, pétanque and a children's playground, and it offers an entertainment programme with live shows. It has toilets and accepts cards. Its coastal setting, among beaches, dunes and the famous Pirou castle, is ideal for walks along the old customs path and for discovering the medieval heritage and fishing ports of the western Cotentin. It is an affordable, well-located base for families on the Normandy coast in the summer season beside the English Channel and the wide open spaces of the west.
