Kawan Resort Le Lac d'Orient is in Mesnil-Saint-Père, in the Aube department of Grand Est, beside Lac d'Orient, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient regional nature park. It is a seasonal campsite with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool, plus a restaurant and bar, and offers air-conditioned bungalow accommodation. It has barbecues and a supermarket, with an entertainment programme and fridge rental. Dogs and cards are accepted, and toilets and wifi are available. The lakeside, wooded setting, between the great lakes and the forests, invites bike rides along the shore and birdwatching in the height of the summer season in wet Champagne.
