Description of the campsite

Camping du Marais is in Riel-les-Eaux, in the Côte-d'Or department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in the very heart of the Auxois, beside a river and with shaded pitches. It is a seasonal campsite with accommodation in bungalows and glamping options, as well as fishing, toilets and a chemical toilet disposal point, and it offers electricity. Its riverside, rural setting, among the river, the woods and the vineyards of lower Burgundy, invites walks along the riverbank and discovering the villages and castles of the Auxois, close to the Alesia site and the Château de Châteauneuf. It is a practical, well-located base for families and motorhome travellers in Burgundy in the height of the summer season, beside the water and the Gallic and medieval heritage of the region.
