Camping de Lochrist is in Concarneau, the walled town whose Ville Close, surrounded by water, still keeps the ramparts that for centuries protected one of the busiest tuna ports in Brittany. The campsite has a bar, bungalows, takeaway food, a playground, a restaurant and a supermarket, and dogs are allowed. The nearby beach and a walk along the ramparts of the Ville Close complete a typical visit to this part of the Pays Fouesnantais. It is open for the full season, although it is worth confirming the exact dates when booking.
