Description of the campsite
Camping municipal de Saint-Point-Lac is in Saint-Point-Lac, in the Doubs department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, beside Lake Saint-Point, the largest natural lake in the Jura, in the mountains. It is a seasonal municipal campsite with a bar, plus fishing, pétanque, toilets and a chemical toilet disposal point, and offers television and wifi. Its lakeside and forest setting, among the lake, the beech woods and the hills of the Jura, invites walks along the shore, swimming and bike rides through the lakes country and along the ridge road. It is an affordable, well-located base for families in mountain Franche-Comté in the height of summer, beside the water and the nature of the high Jura.
