Description of the campsite
Camping de l'Armançon is in Saint-Florentin, in the Yonne department of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, beside a river, in the heart of the Armançon valley, between the Canal de Bourgogne and the Chablis vineyards. It is a seasonal campsite with accommodation in bungalows and a hostel and a shaded pitch, plus excursions, fishing and hiking, and offers toilets and a chemical toilet disposal point, electrical hook-up, a motorhome service point and wifi, admits dogs and cards, and offers valuables storage. It has adapted access for people with reduced mobility. The riverside, rural setting invites bike rides along the Canal de Bourgogne and exploring the medieval town of Saint-Florentin and the nearby Chablis vineyards in the height of the summer season beside the water and the heritage of northern Burgundy.
