Description of the campsite
Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne watches over the entrance to the Maurienne valley, where the river Arc winds its way towards the great Alpine passes of the Galibier and the Télégraphe, in Savoie. Camping Le Marintan makes the most of this mountain pass to offer a simple rest to cyclists and hikers: games of pétanque and table tennis, a barbecue area for summer nights and a bar to talk over the day's stage. Dogs are welcome throughout the site, and wifi lets you stay in touch even in this narrow Alpine valley. Before booking, it is best to ask the campsite about the dates.
