Description of the campsite
Camping Le Domaine du Trappeur is in Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, in the Savoie département, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the mountains, in the heart of the Maurienne valley, at the foot of the Aiguilles d'Arves. It is a seasonal campsite with a bar, bungalow accommodation and a restaurant. The resort is part of the Les Sybelles ski area, one of the largest in the French Alps, and in summer it keeps a quiet high-mountain atmosphere. Its alpine setting invites mountain walks in the Maurienne and admiring the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Sybelles massif.
