The Vercors massif rises like a limestone wall just north of Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, where the Bourne river joins the Isère after carving for centuries the gorges that make the area famous. Camping Côté Vercors takes its name from that view and offers a good starting point for exploring the massif on foot.
