Description of the campsite
10 minutes from the centre of Aix-en-Provence and 40 from Marseille, Camping d'Aix-en-Provence stretches out in the shade of stone pines, among cicadas, in a Provençal atmosphere. You leave your car in the campsite's free car park and go to the centre by bus or by bike; electric city bikes are also available for rent. The heated pool dominates the site with views of the Provençal countryside, and an old Provençal farmhouse hosts the meeting and social place. Guests sleep in canvas and wood tents, chalets or gypsy caravans. From here you can explore the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, with trails and panoramic views. It is in the Bouches-du-Rhône and is open all year.
