Description of the campsite
Campingplatz Goldene Meile, in Remagen, is directly on the Rhine, in the Middle Rhine valley, with views of the "Erpeler Ley" rock, and is a good base for exploring by bike. It occupies a large, well-kept site in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The holiday pitches measure 80 to 120 m², all with electricity and, on request, water and drainage. There is a separate area for motorhomes, its own restaurant and a kiosk with bread rolls, ice cream and drinks, with completely renovated toilets. Next to the campsite is the Remagen leisure pool, with an 87 m slide, water obstacle course, diving tower and barbecue areas. Opening dates are best checked with the campsite.
